What’s the lowest my calories should go?

❓”What’s the right amount of calories I need to or should eat to lose weight?”

Asked by almost everyone everywhere. It’s a great question and recently we saw a great recommendation from Kassem Hanson (@coach_kassem) describing that the need for lower than 12 calories per pound of lean body mass points towards a need in improvement in digestion or other systems.

We have also provided examples for a male and female individual to lay out the “math” used.

Not that the math is different between genders, we just hope to provide relevant examples for both!
