A bare minimum we generally prescribe to our clients is to hit 20 grams of protein per meal, which is clearly an extremely general, beginning step and varied per individual.
So how can you reach AT LEAST 20 grams of protein:
3oz of 80/20 Ground Beef: 21g
8oz of Tofu: 20.8g
3oz of Grilled Chicken: 26g
8oz of Black Beans: 20.1g
Whatever protein choice your make, keep in my mind how to achieve an appropriate minimum amount for your goal
