Hip/Leg Circles

Though appearing to look like the next ridiculous looking gym video, we’ve begun incorporating these Hip/Leg Circles after seeing Eugene Teo demonstrate these.

This “warm up” exercise brings your hip flexors through a range motion that challenges the short or contracted portion. Even further this motion specifically targets the rectus femoris due to the fact that it crosses over the hip joint.
