🦵🏻The Leg Extension Machine is an excellent place to overload the shortened range of the quads. Spending time at the top and not the launching the weight are critical aspects to your success in this exercise.

Make sure your knee lines up with the axis of machine to prevent any unwanted stress on the knee joint.

Imagine driving your knee up into your hip, without any additional internal or external rotation of the thigh bone (knee rolling in or out) while maintaining an unmoving seated position.
