Glute Bridge on Nautilus Glute Drive
🍑 Looking to develop the good ole glutes without cranking on your lower back?
The Glute Bridge on the Nautilus Glute Drive is an excellent exercise to accomplish just that when executed appropriately and may even lead to an awesome workout face like Coach Deisy has.
Make sure your knees are stacked directly above your ankle throughout the entire range of motion, anything outside of that involves more quadriceps and hamstrings.
Now there is nothing negative about the knees moving backwards and engaging those musculatures if that’s the goal. For glute development using a top end range of motion biases the glutes when talking hypertrophy goals. If we’re looking for more athletic and performance based goals than a more “full range” hip thrust could and may be beneficial.
Make sure not to launch the weight and keep your abs braced!
